For our tenants we have a second office in our exclusive clubhouse. Set your lovense hud, pay your tier, play games, and relax in a private area where only tenants and guests have access. We also have a board to request songs. To head to the clubhouse click here.

​We are giving away free weeks every week! To participate head to our office in Hartwick and click on the raffle board. You will have to stay in the sim for 10 minutes to enter and there is a limit to 1 entry per week.

1. Have Your Friend Sign Up: Your friend must pay for 2 weeks of rental at NGM.
2. Message us: After your friend has made the payment, they should message spellboundspaces to confirm their rental.

- You will get BONUS TIME added to your account, which will depend on the tier of both you and your friend.​
Important Considerations:
- You must have an active rental with NGM to participate in this program.

✩ How does referral program work?
If you refer a friend they will get a free week and you will get a week of their tier.

✩ How do I rezz?
To rezz you need to wear your group tag.
Some mesh objects will not allow you to rezz over them, to fix that first rezz a prim and rezz your stuff on top of that prim.

✩ How can I get a new group invite?
1. Check Group Spaces: First, make sure you have enough group spaces available.
2. Click Your Rental Box: Head to your rental box and give it a click.
3. Select 'Group Invite': Choose the 'Grp Invite' option.
4. Accept the Invite: Once you receive the invitation, just click to accept, and you’re in!

✩ Can I change scenes? How do I do it?
Yes, you can change scenes any time. Click "SCENES" in your control panel to change it.

✩ How does the control pannel work?
Control Panel has a lot of features. Click on the "?" symbol to open a tutorial guide.
✩ Can I change to a different skybox? How do I do it?
Yes, you can change to any available skybox, the time you have left will be transferred to the new skybox.
To do it you need to:
1. rent the new skybox you want first
2. message spellboundspaces and we will move the time you have left to your new home.
3. Pick up any personal items, specially no copy items

✩ I have some time left but I wont use it, can I give it to a friend?
Yes, HOWEVER your friend must be renting with us in order to transfer your time left.

✩ What can I do to stop from falling to the ground?
There is a small invisible prim under your rental box. Stand in that area when you are changing scenes to avoid falling.
Click on the "?" simbol of your control panel to see the safe area.

✩ I lost my skybox.
Come to our office or community center, click the rental terminal and it will tell you where your active rental is. You can do this as many times as you want.

✩ I want more prims is it possible to pay for the increment?
If you want more prims than what our top tier offers message us. We are not currently planning on expanding, but if we see tenants interested we will consider it.
